Hey just got back into playing for several years. Been doing a few rounds against AI, and I'm curious to know what the learning curve/ matchmaking is like online? If I can beat the AI 1v1 on hard with relative ease will I be able to hold my own against human players?

I have not played a single game on 2.8 without a constant lag mid to late game. Anyone else get this?
