AoM EE maps detailed info and guide for the new patch Posted: 02 Jan 2020 11:46 AM PST A while ago I had a request to make a guide for the various maps in AoM, and I decided to do so since I also wanted to do a bit of an investigation into each map to get to know them better. I had a look at the scripts for each map and loaded them into the editor a few times and documented what I think are the important details on each of them are, as well as provide a few tips on how to play on them. If you believe I have made any errors or am missing any important info please do tell me so I can fix it. [link] [comments]
Resigned but then won with Wonder?? (n00b question) Posted: 02 Jan 2020 01:31 PM PST Hi everyone, I'm new here. Just got back into playing AoM after about a 10-year hiatus. I was playing 1 vs 2 on a random map with automated opponents and I destroyed one of my opponent's last town center 9 seconds before the Wonder countdown was complete. They resigned, and then shortly after it said they "won the game with a Wonder" and the "You have been defeated" banner sadly came across the screen. Is this a bug or a legit win? How could someone who resigned already then win with a wonder? [link] [comments]

Posted: 02 Jan 2020 11:08 AM PST Sometimes when I play online I get endless "Attempting Connection" count down prompts that time out. It seems to come up for every room I try to enter, too. Any tips? [link] [comments] |
