| Posted: 01 Oct 2019 11:15 PM PDT I used to play this game when it came out. It has been my favorite for years. Now with the steam version I have once again tried to play. This time against other players. AND I JUST DONT GET HOW THEY CAN BUILD AN ARMY SO FAST!! Can someone please give me a step by step list of what to do in the first 6 minutes of the game? I have tried keeping making workers, and buying the dogs upgrade, also building my houses around my towers. I keep losing... my score is now low 1500... I tried looking for help on YouTube, but I was unsuccessful. All I found was people just narrating how they play [link] [comments] | ||
| Age of Mythology Original Disk Not working - please help Posted: 01 Oct 2019 07:00 PM PDT Hello All! So I have original disk copies of age of mythology and the titans expansion and was trying to play them the other day. The installation went okay and it had me enter the product key and everything seemed to work fine. I then started it up via the startup menu from the disk (i.e. not in game menu, the menu where you can install and uninstall and update and whatnot) but when I click play in this menu the disk runs for a second, the resolution changes, but then goes back to normal and nothing happens. And when I run the aom.exe or aomx.exe from the programs menu nothing happens at all. I have tried changing the compatibility to windows xp (serivice pack 2) and that did nothing as well. I also have run the msxmlenu. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the same many times and that did nothing. Any help or ideas would be appreciated! Thanks! [link] [comments] |
